SHIPPING TO CANADA AND USA
Wallets and Bags
Wallets and bags that are already in stock are usually shipped the same day or the next business day.
Made‑to‑Order and Design‑Your‑Own items take longer, as noted on each product page.
Lightweight items
- Card Cases, Eyeglass Cases, Coin Pouches, Key Wristlets, and most small accessories can ship within Canada for $5.99 CAD in a bubble envelope without tracking.
- Shipments of these items to the USA must follow parcel rates due to postal regulations. See below.
Shipping Costs
CANADA
TTLG offers flat-rate parcel shipping within Canada.
- $12.99 CAD for parcels up to 1kg (2.2 pounds)
- $17.99 CAD for larger parcels
- Free shipping for orders totaling greater than $200.
USA
Flat rate tracked parcel shipping is available for
- 11.49 USD USPS Tracked Parcel up to 0.5kg (1 pound)
- 116.00 USD for USPS Tracked Parcel - Heavy (up to 2.2 pounds)
By way of comparison, a Diva Cork wallet packaged for shipment weighs about 290 grams. A Cami cross-body packaged weighs in around 350g. NOTE: US shipping cost includes all cross-border fees.
COMBINED ORDERS
Checkout will combine shipping for multiple items in a single order. If you place additional orders afterward the system will charge shipping again, but we will refund any excess once the total shipment cost for the combined order is known.
SHIPPING TO OTHER COUNTRIES
If you live outside Canada or the USA, please contact us through the website’s Contact form to check whether we can ship to your country and to receive a shipping quote.
Due to the complexity of EU shipping and tax requirements, we generally cannot ship to most European Union countries, including England.
PREFER PICK UP?
No problem. Customers may choose local pickup at our home studio in Pickering, Ontario.
Select “Pick up” at checkout, and I’ll email you when your order is ready and arrange a pickup date and time. The address and any pickup details will be confirmed in that message.
